Director Sales, East Coast
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, connected senior sales leader to build and manage a team. The candidate will have strong senior relationships at key agencies and clients in the East Coast region. The candidate must have an extensive understanding of the online media landscape, the advertising community in the territory and have 5-10 years of successful media sales management experience.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Responsible for driving revenue and new business.
- Expectation to generate a high volume of sales related activity including cold calling, presentations, RFP’s, and more.
- Provide market insight into East Coast agency video and generate sales specifically from key brands.
- Cultivate relationships with agency contacts and clients to gain deep insight into their business.
- Provide feedback to the company on how to best service clients’ needs.
- 5-10 years of sales leadership responsibilities in Internet advertising; technology-driven experience a plus
- Demonstrated success selling to major agencies and brand advertisers on a national basis
- Proven ability to manage and grow revenue targets
- Successful experience working in an entrepreneurial, venture-backed environment
- Autonomous, decisive leader and decision maker
