Karlheinz Hackl (born May 16, 1949, in Vienna, Austria) is an Austrian actor whose varied career has included theater, television, film and cabaret performances as well as directing. He is a frequent movie actor who has worked with the likes of Axel Corti and Alan J. Pakula (Sophie's Choice). Hackl teaches at the Max Reinhardt Seminar school of drama in Vienna.
