Christopher Andrew "Chris" Conrad (born June 30, 1970) is an American actor, known for playing Johnny Cage in Mortal Kombat: Annihilation. He should not be confused with fellow actor Christian Conrad (son of Robert Conrad of Wild Wild West fame). Born and raised the third out of four brothers, Conrad excelled early at sports and comedy. During his sophomore year of high school, St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, also attended by other future actors, Scott C. Roe and Billy Crudup. Conrad and his younger brother Mike won the Florida's Funniest Man, which gave them a chance to perform at the Improv in NYC. Enrolled with Florida State University, where his two older brothers already studied. As an avid joker, Chris started working for the campus radio while exploring the college drama class.
